During Walmart’s Black Friday Sale, shoppers can transform their home into a winter wonderland for less. Artificial Christmas trees, ornaments, wreaths, string lights, inflatables, and more holiday decor are up to 68 percent off.

Imported from Mt. Shasta on a flatbed truck, the 80-year-old tree will be hoisted by a giant crane at The Park in the outdoor shopping area.

Crews with Union Pacific will move the tree to the Durham Museum on Monday. The museum will be closed for the move. The annual tree lighting kicking off Christmas at the Durham is set for Friday November 29th. On Wednesday, the Christmas tree that will light up the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., will make a stop in Omaha.

The 64-foot Colorado blue spruce will be the center of the city's 111th annual tree-lighting ceremony Thursday, Dec. 5.

City of Milwaukee officials and the Department of Public Works Forestry Services Division will harvest the annual City Christmas Tree on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
