The Met Office has issued yellow weather warnings of snow and ice for several regions as snow continues to cause carnage across the country.

And the cold weather looks set to continue with a new weather warning for snow and ice issued by the Met Office. The warning covers most of the North West, Wales, the South West and parts of the Midlands and comes into force at 5pm today and lasts until 10am on Tuesday.
